Care for the pillow you chose
The selected product listings say “machine wash” for many pillows, covers and cases. They do not consistently say whether that applies to the removable cover, the fill, or both. The sewn care label and current seller instructions should decide how you wash each component.
Keep the pieces separate: a washable case does not prove the insert can be washed the same way. Do not assume a temperature, detergent, dryer setting or dry-cleaning method from a generic product category.
When the pillow arrives
- Check the product name and selected size against your order.
- Open the package carefully without cutting the fabric or cover.
- If the item arrived compressed, let it regain shape according to its included instructions. Gently redistribute fill only if the instructions allow it.

Can I use a different brand's case?
Potentially, if its inner measurements, shape and opening suit the expanded pillow. Use our measuring guide; brand or Queen/King labels alone cannot guarantee fit.
How long should a compressed pillow expand?
We found no consistent product-specific expansion time in the selected listing fields. Follow the instructions in your package. If the pillow remains uneven or you see damage, use the seller support route tied to your order.
Can I wash the foam insert?
Do not infer that from a general “machine wash” field. Check the component's care tag or ask the seller. Drying an interior fill incorrectly can leave unwanted moisture.
What if my order differs from the listing?
